In Inner Space, "The Creators" is shown resurrecting the Nebulox (Deko Gekisho, Orion Tsang, Armon Ritter, Hibaru Yaju, and Ariana Shami).  They have recently learned by the Creators that the "Anime" characters are living among the "Cartoon Network" characters, which it would force to ruin the natural order.  So, in order to keep the law remained, they are now giving orders to the Nebulox to destroy the Cartoon Network Universe and make all the characters extinct.  But before the Nebulox are going to invade the world, the Creators told them the reason that the natural order is ruined because of the menace that is Ian Isberto.

However, Sonic The Hedgehog, in his space suit, have been trailing the Creators for several years and upon spying on them while in Inner Space, he discovers the Creators' plan but was found out by the Nebulox.  He manages to escape into Outer Space, gathering enough evidence to know what lies ahead.  In Outer Space, at the Absolution, T.O.M., the main character and the host of "Toonami", receives an important message from Sonic about the Creators and the Nebulox's true intentions that would go against the Cartoon Network Universe.  While Ian Isberto, Dexter, and Cyborg are gathered at the park, Ben Tennyson, the main character of "Ben 10: Omniverse", arrives to recruit Ian for an important mission.  The two proceed to the Plumbers' Headquarters, where Ian finds Finn and Jake, the two main characters of "Adventure Time", have also gathered.  They also find Rex Salazar, the main character of "Generator Rex".  While Rex and the others have been gathered, they are introduced by a fellow ally, Sonic.  The five of them (Ben, Finn, Jake, Rex, and Sonic) are the only main heroes of their own respective teams, which surprises Ian.  Sonic explains that they were all recruited by "a veteran hero", for this mission.  At that moment, T.O.M. arrives at the headquarters, having been contacted earlier by Sonic while at the Absolution.

The seven main heroes (Ian Isberto, Ben Tennyson, Finn, Jake, Rex Salazar, Sonic The Hedgehog, and T.O.M.) gather in a hangar, where T.O.M. explains that he would be giving a brief mission to the team to strike the Nebulox in the Inner Space and also, T.O.M. declares that he will be choosing Ian to lead the team.  Sonic reveals their mode of travel, the Absolution itself.  Just as they're about to depart, Goku, the main character of "Dragonball Z", arrives to the group above the sky, surprising T.O.M.  Goku explains that he didn't think the mission would feel right without the stronger warrior.  He then proceeded to support Ian who originally offers a handshake.  Ian, T.O.M., Goku, Sonic, Finn, Jake, Rex, and Ben board the Absolution and proceed to the Inner Space.  Sonic's best friend, Miles "Tails" Prower, is on board as well.  While on route, Sonic informs the other main heroes that Octus, one of the main characters of "Sym-Bionic Titan", and Zak Saturday, the main characters of "The Secret Saturdays", will be joining them shortly while TO.M. further explains their mission to the other heroes.

Deko Gekisho and his members of the Nebulox prepare to invade the Cartoon Network Universe and destroy all characters, but they are then interrupted by the main heroes.  Deko sends his soldiers to distract the eight heroes (Ian Isberto, Ben Tennyson, Finn, Jake, Rex Salazar, Sonic The Hedgehog, T.O.M., and Goku) while he and the others flee to the Outer Space.  The heroes battle the soldiers and easily defeat them.  Eventually, Ian escapes the barrage of the soldiers and chases after the Nebulox.  Deko fires at him, but Ian is rescued by Zak Saturday and Octus on Zak's hoverboard.  All the ten heroes (Ian, Ben, Finn, Jake, Rex, Sonic, T.O.M., Zak, and Octus) gather to face off the Nebulox.  However, the Nebulox begin to trasformed into their monster forms, except Deko, to destroy the heroes.

Ian Isberto and Goku fight Deko Gekisho, with Ian having trouble at first but coming back strong after Goku single-handedly overwhelms Deko with Kamehameha Wave.  T.O.M. and Finn fight Armon Ritter and T.O.M. destroys him with the Gamma Ray Rifle.  Jake and Octus fight Hibaru Yaju and destroy her with Octus' Ultra Plasma Cannon.  Rex Salazar and Zak Saturday fight Ariana Shami and destroy her with combo attacks from Rex's Bad Axes and Zak's Hand of Tsul 'Kalu.  Sonic The Hedgehog and Ben Tennyson fight Orion Tsang and destroy him by combining power from Ben's transformation, Shocksquatch, and Sonic's Spin Dash.  Then Ian severely damages Deko with his Sapphire Sword.  Deko then transformed into a monster form and takes off.  The heroes fear they have failed, but Ian uses his badge as he push the badge button and transformed himself into Falcon Trigger to battle Deko.  Ian flies off into space and pursue Deko and destroy him for good.  Thus, both Deko and the members of the Nebulox are finally defeated.

Afterwards, the ten heroes emerge their victory, but T.O.M. says it's not over and also reminds them that with the Creators out there, they vow to destroy all characters and the Cartoon Network Universe.  Knowing that this is only the beginning, the heroes prepare themselves to take action.  As Rex Salazar recommeded the name of the group, Ian Isberto declares to form the team called "The 10 Ops", a name of the group that will defend the Cartoon Network and their freedom.  Meanwhile, in the Inner Space, the Creators learned that the Nebulox have sealed their fate after their second defeat and talk about their future plans that will put an end to the peaceful co-existance between the "Cartoon Network" characters and the "Anime" characters.
